handmadebliss 786 - Misleading product

handmadebliss_*** advertised a product on their Instagram page which was a stationary combo worth Rupees *** + shipping charges. Upon purchasing the product from the Instagram page , the consumer was misled as the contents of the combo product were completely different from that advertised on their insta page including certain items being missing. The consumer wasn't informed of the changes in the product before purchasing and after purchase , the retailer assured that the products were off rupees *** which was nowhere mentioned in the post that the products would be different but would cost the same. The consumer was misled in this case as T&C were also not mentioned nowhere.
