Apollo Pharmacy - Misleading Practice by Apollo Pharmacy on Gift Voucher Issue

I am writing this complaint in regards to an Apollo Pharmacy gift voucher I purchased through GYFTR. The gift voucher was valued at INR **** and had a validity period until ** Feb ****.

As a physically disabled person who requires regular medication, I had purchased the voucher with the intention of using it to purchase medicines. I was able to use the voucher once and redeemed INR ****.* to place an order for medicines. However, when I tried to use the remaining balance of INR ****.*, I was informed that the voucher had expired, even though its actual expiry date was supposed to be in February ****.

When I contacted GYFTR's and Apollo's customer care team to seek clarification, they informed me that the voucher could only be used once, even though this limitation was not clearly stated in the terms and conditions. I believe this to be misleading to consumers and a violation of consumer protection regulations as per consumer protection act ****.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of the voucher did not clearly state that it could only be used once nor its no where mentioned that its a single use voucher. I feel this lack of clarity is misleading and deceptive to consumers.

As a loyal customer of Apollo Pharmacy, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and clarity in the terms and conditions of the gift voucher, which has led to me losing a significant amount of money. I would like to request a refund or an unlocked voucher from Apollo Pharmacy.
