Mpl - misleading of fairplay condition

I have put my money on india vs canada t** world cup match ****. Which unfortunately got abandoned due to rain but without being toss. In mpl opinio fairplay the there are several condition mention that if the match got abandoned or wash out the trade will be sttled as who has done no. I my case i have settled the price in yes which means i have loss the trade. But the match is been abandoned without being toss happen. Mpl opinio doesn't have shared any kind of condition about match abandoned without toss will be settled as no. If toss doesn't happen then why my trade is settled as no. When i try to reach customer care they didn't help me with my issue, they were unhelpful. I want my refund or mpl must give me answer about the condtion they have written before match.
