I placed an order for * T-shirts from [Kwabey](https://kwabey.com) on ** May **** (Order ID: *******). The website clearly mentioned that orders are dispatched within ** hours. However, even by ** May ****, the order had not been dispatched.
The customer care numbers provided on the website are unreachable, and incoming calls appear to be disabled. Later, a customer service executive falsely informed me that the order had already been delivered and shared a Delhivery tracking link that was unrelated to my order. After I pointed out the discrepancy, the company stopped responding to my calls, messages, and emails.
I also informed them that if the order was dispatched late, I would not be able to receive it because I am shifting to another city before the expected delivery date. Despite this, no support or resolution was provided.
Additionally, the website states that orders can be cancelled before dispatch, but there is no functional option to cancel the order, nor any way to contact customer support to either cancel the order or update the delivery address.
This has been a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience involving misleading information, lack of customer support, and failure to provide promised services. I request immediate cancellation of the order and a full refund.
