Groww App - Misleading information

In help and support section, it's mentioned that redeemed/withdrawal amount would be credited to primary bank account. But when I withdraw my money, they credited it to another account other than my primary account which I no longer used and have no access to it. Prior to withdrawal, I have requested them to delete my other bank account so that when I withdraw my money, it may be credited to my primary account. However, they said that since I made some investment from that account, it could not be deleted but assured me that it will be credited to my primary bank account only and not any other bank account.
Now, It has been more than a month now and they do not even reply my mail.
