Samsung 700 litres side by side door model - Misleading information on purchase of fridge

We went to Reliance digital store at Nacharam for purchase of Samsung *** litres convertible fridge on february *th ****. They said it was unavailable and we asked for other convertible models. They showed few. We selected and purchased samsung *** litres as mentioned above out of choices shown to us. It was delivered on *th february ****. Technician also came and told it was convertible, we have video proof for that. When we tried convertible option showed by him, it was not working. When we called Reliance, now they say it is not convertible fridge. They are just neglecting our calls and not acting. When we went to showroom, When told we were mislead by showroom executive and technician, they are simply saying those people are not aware of the features and nothing can be done which is ironic. They caused mental trauma by not responding and neglecting our complaint.
