I had ordered Cream Bell Cassata Party Slice Ice Cream today from Plot no. ***, village mathurapur, Omicron I, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh ******. Icrecream label on back side mentioned on app was that its Medium fat icecream and there was no mentioning of Palm Vegetable oil in label information. I prefer icecream without palm oil as palm oil is bad for health. But when i received the icecream then back side of label was showing its Frozen dessert and also mentioned Palm oil. Palm oil part was missing on app which was misleading and due to this only we ordered ice cream as we need to look for kid health also. When i complained them they offered me re-delivery and that's it and told that it is store mistake and they will look into.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
