I would request to please disconnect my tikona broadband connection Service ID – ********** from tomorrow onwards as I am facing terrible issue with local service provider and cant even get support from customer care.
I had been told that the plan would be for *months with * month of free service,however now even though its just *th month of my service and i have been asked to pay extra on top of ****INR ,which I have already paid for * months plan.
I have been misinformed about the plan and further the local tikona service provider at RAVET ****** doesnt respond to the phone calls and even if answered gets irritated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
