Ordered a phone from one plus which I wanted to cancel but in official site of one plus they don't have any cancellation facility even if the parcel is not shipped . upon checking with customer care of oneplus they provided wrong inputs regarding cancellation as "you will get a otp before the order is dispatched and then you will have the cancel option in site ". but I didn't get any message from oneplus regarding delivery and bluedart delivered the package at my home . after compaining about the same company is denying from return of parcel and money

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
