The room was filthy.
I had paid for executive triple room and they gave me whatever room was available
The washroom didn't even have handles
No water in the room
No toiletries.
The staff was very rude.
The fan wasn't even working and when complained about it his response was I have to call maintenance only
Let's see what happens
This is absurd and such a disgrace
My opinion on Nagpur has been affected by this
