fitness box gym noida sector 27 submall - misleading for services and denying for refund

i joined this gym in feb but due to there staff behaviour and unprofessional services i decided not to go further because it disturbed me a lot and gym coordinator took fee in advance with a clause of non refund, regardless of any service and issues , now when i am not using their services i am asking for refund since last three months but this guy is making fool of me and said not possible, but at the time of joining when i ask him to pay for one month fee he forced me to pay full amount , now i have no option left.

they people are doing fraud , i dont know whether they will return my money or not but this is really against the security of customer and they are showing there monopoly,

please help me to resolve this issue
