Lazreedesigner com - Misleading and wrong description

The product that I received was totally different from what their description said. It said soft silk and received some jazzy and terrible Banarasi . When I requested for return I was told it can only be exchanged and no refund. I agreed to it. But the annoying part was they are asking me to courier the faulty product that they said at my own cost. I don’t agree to this. I had lot of discussions with them which ended up with argument but they are just not agreeing . It’s a small amount that I risked but such fraud online company shouldn’t to allowed to carry out any business and the licence needs to be seized. I now need my money back and not exchange.
