Hair Masters Salon OPanchkula - Misleading and Humiliating customer with false discount offer

I visited Hair Masters Salon on March **, ****. I had read the offer on their print board placed outside the salon, which offered hair colour, highlights for INR ****/-
When I got my hair evaluated by a hair expert, he offered to do the highlights for INR ****/-. When I expressed that it was too much considering their advertisement showed that highlights are for ****/-. He was ready to lower the price to ****/- I thanked them and left.
Today, on March **, ****, I visited the salon after reading about an offer on their Instagram Page that All Services are available on a discount of **% .
I called the salon to conform about the offer and headed to the salon straight after playing Golf. I cancelled all my appointments and pushed meetings to be present at the salon and claim the discount offer.
The same expert who had checked my hair on /march **, **** was present. Along with him, another hair expert named Aamir was present too. Upon evaluating the hair length and choosing the hair colour, the I insisted to know how ,much they charge, I was informed by Aamir that the cost would be INR ****/-
I was shocked as this amount was just ***/- lesser than the quotation given to me a week ago when the **% off offer was not even valid.
I asked them how come there is no discount since last time I was offered ****/- and now assuming that by availing the discount, the services should cost me ****/- plus GST if at all.
But Aamir rises and brings out the printed rate card and informs me that the print price for medium length hair is **,***/-
I was informed by the receptionist, who also joined in this discussion, that Hair colour, highlights, streaks were on **% off all throughout the year. When I questioned her on this that how come if the discount is available through the year, then why was I not offered **% off the last time I visited the salon. She kept harping on the company policy that the present say offer of **% off was on ALL salon services hence their advertisement is not misleading.
On March **, **** when I visited, I was given a quote of INR****/- and no GST. Today when I went to the salon, I was told INR **** plus GST and GST is compulsory when the company offers **% discount. Aamir quoted this gibberish and of course would say anything just to justify taking an amount that they need to make rather than what is just to the customer.
It should also be noted that the March **, **** offer, I was promised two different shades of colour highlights, all for INR****/-
Today when I went to avail the **% off, I was told one single colour would look better. I asked them if it is just one colour, should the price not be cheaper, they insisted, spoke rudely and insulted a customer while the crowd gathered of their own staff around the customer.
I had to humiliatingly get up and leave. As proof I had to pick up the job card as proof that I visited their salon. And I informed them I was taking it with me. The staff asked me to return the job card but I told them that I will be complaining about them running a racket and misleading and cheating the customers with their false advertisements and lying to the customers with bizarre and nonsensical terms of discount. The staff started shouting at me. And even came out of the salon with camera phones pointing at me and taking a snap of the car that I was driving. The staff felt so intimidated when I informed that I would file a complaint, they threatened me and being a single woman, they were pouncing on me. I felt threatened by their actions and hugely intimidated by them taking photographs of me as I left the salon.
The salon staff has misled the customers to believe there is a discount when in fact they are charging any arbitrary amount based on their whims. They have used threats and means of intimidation to scurry along a customer who questioned the basis of their pricing policy given that the same customer was given two totally different quotes in a span of one week, with and without a discount offer running at salon.
I would like the salon to be more clear in their advertisement regarding the pricing of their services. I would like the print rate card to be presented each time a customer visited the salon. I would like damages to the tune of **,***/- for the humiliating experience I had to go through as a customer at the hands of Hair Masters Salon Panchkula branch.
