Voxya com - Misleading advertisement to trap affected consumers

I had a T&C violation problem with the Flipkart (buyback policy) and after raising it to the national consumer forum helpline it didn't resolve the issue. I was advised by consumer helpline representatives to raise an appeal against Flipkart in https://edaakhil.nic.in/ (grievance number#*******). I came across voxya.com where it advertises to help a consumer in such a situation (all snippets from voxya website attached here with). I paid the fee to use voxya service so that they do needful to file consumer case on my behalf. In return neither their lawyer filed the case on consumer's behalf as advertised, nor did they send the complete case documents that can be used to raise a case in edaakhil portal. Moreover they never made a call to guide me on what to follow. Upon emailing back, their customer support asked me to pay more to get further service and then stopped responding completely. In summary, after paying the fee I ended up with no result and voxya advertisement proved to be fake. Hence I want my fee to be refunded at earliest. A national consumer helpline grievance#******* has also been raised before I take it further.
