dropshipuniversity in - Misleading advertisement fraud in an Online Course about Drop shipping by a person named Om Baraiya

I recently clicked over an advertisement about a webinar on selling a "Dropshipping" course in Youtube.I registered for the webinar paying a sum of Rs.** on **st June and attended the same.It was a * hour webinar about how dropshipping works and how you can be able to earn lakhs of rupees from it after going through the course.Initially the guy name "OM BARAIYA", the trainer explained us how/why it works in India and you can also generate Lakhs just like him.At the end of * hours he gave us a course regarding the same at a sum of Rs.****,however for a limited period he was providing the course for Rs****.I didnt take the course that day but after researching thoroughly about what dropshipping is and also trusting that guy ,I decide to take the course on **th June paying a sum of Rs**** from his website called "dropoutuniversity.in".The URL I am providing below:

Some of the things which he claimed and promised in the webinar and mentioned in the course were as follows and which he even mentioned in his website.:
*.Personal expert mentorship
*.Hidden Bonuses
*.Will join me in a whatsapp group
*.One on one zoom call
*.Everything from scratch about the course
*.Guranteed results of Lakhs/month

However going through the course which he provided in a website mentioned above url,I dont think the course is worth my hard earned Rs****,not everything was available in the course and each of the videos in the * modules were only *-** mins long.You know even good courses in Coursera is atleast *-* hours long,God knows what he has explained in the course.So I was not satisfied with the contents but still I followed the course but I had lots of doubts regarding different things, but as he claimed he would help us in any moment whenever we feel stucked but, I found it the opposite way, like if I text him regarding some doubt he would neglect my text and do not see my messages and even if he sees(which is after *-* hours after I have texted in his Whatsapp personal number),his reply would be very unsatisfactory or you would get a feeling that he doesnt want to help but only wanted to "Sell the Course" and nothing else. Moreover none of the above mentioned promises or claims was fulfilled .He added me to some telegram group rather than a Whatsapp group which he promised and that telegram was totally unresponsive and you cannot even text in that group,only admins can.Since I bought this course now and he received his payment,his claims on the course is not justified and make me feel like I have been scammed!!

So now I think its sort of a scam which had happened to me over this so called course and duped me over of a sum of RS **** which I paid by trusting this guy "Om Baraiya".He has all sorts of ads running in youtube and instagram about selling his course about dropshipping.God knows how many people he has scammed over the years selling the course.
Unsatisfied with his services I have asked him of a refund in his personal whatsapp account and after literally begging and requesting him to return my money, he has totally ghosted me for * days straight and after that he has simply texted me back with a single word that it is "Non refundable".Now it has been almost * weeks he has not even seen my text or replied me back after I have texted him over his last reply.
So as of now I want a refund of the money which he duped me over selling this course.
Please help me recover my hard earned money.
