I diagnosed my Laptop on */**/****. On that time your lenevo tech support diagnosed that my battery has failed but got out of warranty on */**/**. They said that you have to purchased new battery. Then i purchased new battery on **/**/**, and got delivered to me on **/**/**. But the new battery is also not working properly, then i called customer care, they said they are sending a new battery with technician.
On repair day the new battery was also not working, so the technician found that there is no issue in the battery but the motherboard got faulted by which the battery is not charging. After a few days my motherboard got replaced but my old battery is working properly and new battery is also working properly.
Now I have two batteries, what do I do with two of them?
Now lenevo team said that the refund is not possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
