Subject: Complaint Regarding Misleading Information and Admission Mismanagement at Motion Education Kota
Respected Sir,
I am Mohammad Aajib from Nepal, a Class **th student, I visited Motion Education Kota, where a lady from counselor team named "Surbhi" assured me that a Class **th batch would begin on **th May ****. Based on her guidance, I paid ₹**** for enrollment and submitted all documents. On **th May ****, I officially completed the admission process and paid a ₹**** token amount.
However, when I returned on **th May **** to pay the remaining fee of ₹**,*** and start my classes, I was shocked to hear that the **th May batch was actually for Class **th droppers, not regular **th students. They also said the last Class **th batch had already started on **th April ****, which was never communicated to me earlier.
This is a clear case of misguidance and lack of proper communication. Now, they are telling me to join the dropper batch, which is not suitable for me, and this is unfair.
Therefore, I request you to kindly:
*. Look into this matter seriously and take strict action against such misleading practices.
*. Help me get a refund of my paid amount (₹****) if a proper Class **th batch cannot be arranged.
I hope you understand the mental stress, time loss, and financial burden I have gone through. Please consider this complaint seriously and take action at the earliest.
