I did an early checkout from an OYO hotel in retaliation to lack of hospitality and support that I received. The hotel reception refused to checkout early citing that there is a system issue. Then I called customer support and they post dated my checkout in the system showing their unethical practices towards customer support. As a proof I have a system generated WhatsApp message from official OYO account that I received at the actual time of checkout. But in the message it clearly shows the checkout date for next day.
