Reshamdhaga in Ethnicdoor - Misinformation about the product and refusal for return

I had purchased a dress from Resham Dhaga. I am mentioning the instagram account link below: https://instagram.com/reshamdhaga.in

I received the dress day before yesterday and when I saw the dress, I was highly disappointed with the finishing of the product. The stitches are very poor and have loose ends on both the arms and on the frill of the dress.

Also, most importantly the colour of the dress that was shown on the page was completely different from the one I have received. They showed a peach dress and what I received is an orange dress which completely different.

I am very unsatisfied with their service. There is no costumer care number on which we can contact and address our issues neither they reply to the mails sent to them.

I have mailed them twice since that day and also tried to connect through instagram also, so that I can return it but there is no response from their side since then.
I feel cheated and this is highly unprofessional how they treat the customers.

They show such good reviews that people far their prey and what they deliver is such kind of defected dresses. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get my refund back.
