I, Ramesh Kumar having Hero Glamour Bike DL-**P **** is forced with no option left other than to write a strong complaint against the mishebahve, abuse & harassment faced by Metro Motors - Hero MotoCorp, Shop No **, Jagdamba Mkt Rohini, Delhi – ******.

I would like to intimate you that the above Hero Glamour Bike was purchased on **.**.**** from Metro Motors - Hero MotoCorp,. On **.**.****, I visited the Service center for first Service after the *** Kms. I observed that the office staff deputed in the service center is very unmatured, unprofessional behavior, unable to deal with the customer, Mr. Adresh was one of them. He do not know how to talk with the customer, he think that the bike purchaser is from very poor families like labour class. I am ** years old Delhi Government Employee working posted on esteem position, Mr. Adresh (staff of Metro Motors - Hero MotoCorp.) misbehaved, abuse & harassment faced. Due to this episode I feel insult.

Keeping in view of above, you are humbly requested to look into the matter and recommended for strict action against the above Hero dealer who disputed this type of staff in their company.
