Boat life style - Mishandling of the warranty product Incorrect model received

Hi Team,

I raised my warranty for my product BOAT XTEND RTL PITCH BLACK with ticket (number hidden)
Without my consent and confirmation a replacement of the older model BOAT XTEND Is sent without any original box and making me believe it’s a name sake assistance that’s provided
This is unacceptable, saying upgraded product and providing an older model is not the right way to treat any customer
I had requested to return the same old product of mine if you couldn’t find any replacement of the same model
However an older model for a newer version is not acceptable from my end.
I raised another ticket as per customer care and had requested for call back for further details.
However no one called me back and again instead of Xtend rtl only xtend model is sent out.
It’s a shame to handle customer concern this way.
