LIC HFL Agra - Misguided for the House loan process

I am completely disappointed with LIC HFL misguidance and the amount of frustration I have been through is unexplainable in words. I trusted them in order to get a house loan sanctioned and in return what I have got was fake promises and eventually an action of fraudulence. I have been running for * months here and there and they have made baseless promises in the name of sactioning and approving my house loan and at the end after taking the money they have denied and disapproved to sanction the loan for not having an original copy of a previous deed. This thing was already informed to them initially but they didn't check it then and proceeded the formalities of sanctioning loan but at the end they stated that now this cannot be done and they ruined and wasted all our time and money. Now I need my complete refund of the expenses from them else the matter can be escalated to the as higher as possible authority.
