I have collected * files for business loan, but portal is not showing options like LAP other than KREDIT BEE. Before buying the license I read the brochure, there were many options, but now I can't find any other option than KREDIT BEE, and the brochure did not mention KREDIT BEE. The customer care executive who helps me from the beginning of the license process, I again asked him if I can give all kinds of loans to my customers, he said yes. But now facing difficultys due to misguide of that executive, He is not picking up the phone from yesterday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
