Vaibhavi Hospital - Misconduct and theft

I had taken my infant in this hospital for medical assistance as they claim to be child specialist. Had to admit baby for * days for recovery. What i've experienced is not pleasing.

List of Issues encountered;
*. Two different assistant doctors(since main doctor was not available) had two opinions for my childs condition. One said need to admit after a couple of hours. The other said need NOT. Thanks to this my child suffer more and ultimately had to admit. I have documents to prove this.
*. Assist. Doctor mentioned incorrect name of infant formula.. this was frustrating as i couldnt find the mentioned gormula anywhere. Can prove this on documents
*. Encountered medicine thefts by nurses during the * days span. Can prove this on documents
*. Admim supervisor lied about hospital room charges at the time of admission, then she changed at the time of discharge, and now even after paying entire quoted amount and after ** days of discharge i havent' got a single bill/ file about the treatment.
*. After discharge of my child we were supposed to give him * injections over * days by visiting the hospital. On *nd day the nurse was literally injecting my child with bubbles present in the syringe. I have a photo of this too.
*. After explaining all this to admin supervisor she assured a resolution and again was a lie..she changes her statement on my every visit to hospital. even today i dont have any bills from the hospital dispite of paying for everything. And now she asks me to pay another *** for getting the discharge file. If i hadn'd paid full amount then how did she allow my baby to get the discharge?

Please have a look at this situation as these issues if not all are very serious and might ruins healths.

Also help me get the medical documents of my child's treatment so i can have a proof of it.
