Bajajfinserv - Misconduct and exploitation from Bajajfinserv

Dear Sirs,

I Nisamani sahoo, had to pay **** rupees for the loan for my Vivo phone. I had already informed about my mother's cardiac medical emergency for which I am suffering financial problems.

The Bajaj debt collector Mr Niranjan Mohanty, already told that he will be collecting the last emi from home and we agreed and on * September he didn't come so we called him and he told that he will come in the evening that day to collect the money, but he didn't come. The next day also he didn't come. And NACH already deducted *** rupees as the emi was bounced.

We called him several times but either he said he is busy or didn't answered the phone. And on * September evening he called some madam and she informed me to pay **** as emi and I did and the lady from the office told every payment has done and we no longer have to worry.

And today I got a call from some lady from Bajajfinserv saying that we have to *** rupees more as the emi is bounced but NACH had already deducted *** rupees. Now why would I have to pay more *** rupees. It is your responsibility to ensure customer service and well being but you people are doing misconducts knowingly so their company can exploit money from middle poor people like us.

Please give us a pardon for the bounced penalty of *** rupees for those people are not punctual and true to your words. Or please lessen the bounced penalty amount. Please reply as soon as possible.
