IRDA - Mischief by the LIC

*. I complain to irda against lic to issue single premium policy no. ********* was registered on irda portal **/**/****. Date of commencement was **-**-****.
*. Date of dispatch of policy bond by lic was **/**/**** as per lic letter no.: hdo/crm/cpgcrm/****/** date.**.**.**** and policy were finally received by me after * years of commencement.
*. Lic had already received complain about single policy through irda portal on **/**/**** then why lic issued me the regular policy on **/**/****.
*. Hence I may be issued a single policy instead of regular.
