Reliance Smart wagholi - Misbehaviour of Reliance Smart Wagholi staff

There was issue with two items:
*. Price marked in the product was incorrect. Did not purchase this item.
*. Discount marked was **% but the item was billed at ** % discount. This was realised after the product was billed.

For # * we asked why it has been charged incorrectly, one of the staff mentioned they are not aware. So I asked to have it checked but then after a while someone named Vikas came and did not resolve the issue but started misbehaving.
He never agreed that its their mistake that they have marked incorrect sticker and also placed incorrect discount on the store, and on top of that was misbehaving and rude in his language.

I was to bring this to notice of senior management of Reliance about the misbehaviour of their staff towards customers and also their their poor management of the products.
