Deliver boy misbehaviour on call regarding delivery. He was call me from *-* kms from my location and says pick the parcel but I am busy on my personal work. When I give my home adress then why not send the parcel on my adrees

I order a slim belt and pants online from naptol but received a different offer now cannot return it ,every customer has the option to return with in *st ** days ,why are they not helping out.

I received a deffective product. I call them they said there is no refund option available.if there is refund available we get half of the money.they are cheating people with bad quality products.
