Oyo red rose - Misbehavior of hotel staff and denied oyo prepaid payment

Mohit Singh filed complaint against Oyo red rose on Feb 16, 2020

Just because i paid through oyo wallet or making the payment through oyo.
Staff misbehaved with us saying bad words denied us giving a room
Tried contacting oyo and stopped him not to say bad stuff.
If that's the scenario then the things are very bad.

Got my feelings hurted and harrasment leaded us to leave the premises.

Please help atleast take strong action.
