Punbus - Misbehavior by Bus Conductor and Driver

Today i travelled in Punbus / Punjab Roadways of Amritsar * depot from Delhi to Ludhiana dated **/**/**** bus no is PB ** EG **** Ticket No ******** w. bill : ***** mac -id ******** c: CTC** D: PT*** suddenly i received call from my office and due to urgent work i have left the bus at Sahnewal and i requested to Bus Conductor for the same he said said to me there is no stoppage at sahnewal i said i also bought ticket from delhi to ludhiana but due to sudden work i have to left that location then he misbehaved with me and arrogantly denied to me and said to driver don't stop but before Ludhiana and don't drop him i requested multiple times and asked if i have to drop off any location before Ludhiana you will not drop me off he straight denied to me then i called to your customer care number he also denied to him also.

I don't know why his behavior like any company owner
who is taking any decisions without any rule and regulations.

I also requesting to concerned officer don't trust on my words send someone on his route and check how he treating passenger with un mannered and with sought ting tone.

Very Mush Disappointing due to same i suffered with time and financial loss.

And Please Educate them if they behave like with every passenger then who will travel with him and from where punbus will give salary to them ?
