Traffic police constable - Misbehaving and abusing

I was traveling with my mom to the hospital in my premium car on the main circle of Panjagutta I unnoticed cross the signal which turn red as I see a traffic police rush to my car see my number plate and start hitting my car and abusing turn the car to left as I have to go straight as I have to go to hospital the traffic person continues start hitting my car with his hand and abusing after seeing the car number is from different state so I start taking his picture and a vedio he ran before me to snatch my phone as I have to rush to the hospital I sincerely left the place but felt very bad for the misbehaving traffic police
