Jawa serviceing center Guwahati - Misbehaving

I am very much annoyed to inform you that there is very much of misbehaving and rude behaviour from jawa serviceing center in Guwahati under easy communication situated in Guwahati, Beltola, Assam . I as a customer came to *th service my Jawa bike which was purchased on **.**.****. ( chassis No- ME*SED*R*K******* )but due to my fault of * month delay they are refusing for the my eligibil free serviceing. Hence it is very much ok but the misbehaving and rude behaviour of your employees( name called-Rafikul) will be not accepted.
Hench i will be vouch to complain a case against your serviceing center in the court or the local police station.
Your immediate action or reply will be very appreciated.
