Ritesh Kumar Agarwalla - Misbehave at the billing counter also by Store IN charge

I had made purchase of Rs. ****.** vide bill number *** , wherein i was allowed to have either * kg of Sugar/Atta on payment of Rs.* as per the offer, so i asked the concerned bill desk to allot me * kg of sugar as i was ready to make the payment of RS * , but the bill disk person told me that i have to take * kg sugar and atta on the pretext of rule set by store manager , even when contacted store manger Aditya Raj having id number ******** he also said it a rule you have to take it. when i asked if i will split the bill in four parts than will you allow me , on this he replied you should have planed it before billing. This type of behavior by a senior manger has hurt me and my confidence ,so I request you look into the matter and do the needful at an early date so that customers do not suffer.
