Ritual Holidays Pvt Ltd - Misappropriate information given

My complaint is against travel agency called ritual holidays Pvt Ltd. They quoted me a package tour of *****/- as the final package. Which over the phone they assured me that it is inclusive of everything. They then asked me to pay **% of the total amount to secure confirmation which I did and made ****/- payment as per their direction. Upon making the payment, they send me a confirmation email with the total package increased from **,*** to *****/- which was never mentioned to me that there will be any additional charges besides the final package amount as mentioned. Upon inquiry on how the amount which was quoted to me was different to their confirmation email, they replied that ****/- is for government taxes. I then checked with other agency and found out that when they quote a final package amount to the customer, it is inclusive of any services, gst etc whatsoever and that there is no other hidden cost. I reverted to ritual holidays next working day to then cancel my pre-reservation and refund the advance amount of *,***/- which they flatly refused stating that there is no refund on cancellation and retained the amount for themselves. I told them that they misguided me by stating a different amount to be as final and that only upon extracting **% of the total package did they send me a new amount which was not communicated to me ahead.
