NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - mis selling of non refundable plan by nobroker refund denied despite false commitments

I purchased the Best Effort Super Relax Plan from NoBroker for selling my flat.
Before purchasing the plan, I clearly informed the sales representative that:
The property is located in a Gram Panchayat area
The property does not have a Completion Certificate
Selling such properties is generally difficult
Despite this, I was explicitly assured that:
The property could be sold easily
NoBroker had already sold similar properties in the same area
Buyers, including cash buyers, were available
Based on these assurances, I purchased the plan.
After payment, the assigned Relationship Manager / Field Manager stated that:
Selling such properties is very difficult
Sale depends entirely on buyer willingness
NoBroker cannot assure or confirm a sale without a Completion Certificate
These statements directly contradict the pre-sale assurances, clearly establishing mis-selling and unfair trade practice.
When I requested a refund, NoBroker refused, citing the plan as non-refundable, and instead started pressurizing me through repeated phone calls to continue the service for ** days + extension, without providing any written assurance of sale.
I have clearly stated that I do not wish to continue the service and am seeking a refund due to mis-selling, but the issue remains unresolved, causing mental stress and harassment.
