Park holidays international pvt ltd - Mis selling of Holiday package

My wife was mis sold holiday package by park hotel international pvt ltd.She was called to visit hotel H Anand Gujarat on **.**.**** to collect discount coupons based on shopping at D Mart Anand Gujarat.She was lured and gives false promises by representatives Mr deepak kartik and imran Khan.She was lured and deducted Rs ******/- from credit card instantly.When she came home and studied terms and conditions it was all different.They made ** emi with ** percent interest rate but we were told interest rate is zero percent.Secondly our * children were not included in the package as their age is above ** years.No of overnight stay was only ** days instead of ** days.We also need to pay AMC of rs ****+ GST which was not mentioned in verbal discussion.When she asked for refund they refused.Plz help in recovering our money.
