Exide Life Insurance Company Limited - Mis presentations in policy document
MUKUL SARMA filed complaint against Exide Life Insurance Company Limited on Feb 9, 2020
I have purchased a policy bearing policy number ******** from Exide Life insurance company ltd.on **.**.** for my wife Mrs. Kalpana Sarma.
I had submitted all necessary documents to their Guwahati branch manager Mr. Parimal Kr. Nath at the time of purchase.
However, I received the policy document with wrong KYC. That's my Mrs photo has been incorporated with details of my details.
I have communicated the matter many times, but no fruitful result received till date.
Hence, I propose to return the policy document for refund of investment amount.
Please let me know know the procedure for the purpose
