On **th June , I ordered an iPhone ** Plus through a advertising on OLX followed by WhatsApp for further details from MINI MOBILES ,Nathani Heights, Opp. Railway Station, Mumbai Central, Mumbai.
The total cost of the mobile phone, along with the charger, was ₹**,***. I paid a booking amount of ₹*,*** and an advance of ₹*,*** for the charger. The remaining amount of ₹**,*** was paid in cash on delivery.
On the arrival of the mobile on *rd June, I discovered that it was not a second-hand phone as claimed, but actually a duplicate Android clone. When I tried to contact the representative of Mini Mobile regarding this, he arrogantly responded saying, “Do whatever you want, we will not refund any money.” Also he is not taking my calls any more. However, during the phone call before booking, it was clearly stated that a **-day return policy was applicable.
