Trend Transcripts Education Services - Migration Certificate not Received

I need my Migration certificate so i contacted Rakshitha from Trend Transcripts Education Services. I paid **** first on *th December and they told to send me certificate within ** days of payment receipt. All the documents submitted to them. Again on ** feb **** I got a call stating some issues on my application form and need to resubmit and this time they assure me to get migration certificate in ** days after paying more **** Rs. So I paid. from that day they are not picking off my call or not replying on whatsapp. As I have medical condition and can not travel to bangalore not able to decide what to do next.
