Hi,
I am Sourabh Kumar and writing for a complaint that I have purchased a microtek inverter serial number **EVSUAAL****** around * year back and it's not working I have raised complaint to customer care yesterday and they gave me complaint number ******* and told technician will call and will attend the breakdown but nobody neither called nor visited to attend the breakdown. So please look over the issue and resolve the issue by the end of tomorrow.
This is my very bad experience with microtek and will never go with microtek in future.
No body listening and attending to solve the issue.
