Hello sir, i bought a MI tv just ** months back, my tv stopped working about *month ago.. i have been continuously calling the customer care for tv repair, but the service engineer is not visiting my residence. I have *-* token numbers but still the engineer doesn't visit my house. Its been *month.. no tv..
Please do something
Everytime i raise requests it gets cancelled and i even hve the recording . He says its no my area. There are *-*people they are just fooling around with me..
Please replace my tv if the engineer can't visit or repair it.. i am being harassed my mi Xiaomi .
