Mi / Redmi4 - Mi QDigiServicesRDC rajnagar Mobile submitted for replace batteryafter 10 days no responsevisited 3

I submitted my Redmi* mobile to QDigit Services Ltd,RDC rajnagar ghaziabad(Mi service center).The lady staff told me that battery is damaged so I submitted mobile and *** rs.After that day i have visited the service center * times but no satasfactory answer.Even they do not want to talk.No one is attending the phone single time.Its really frustrating as I had borrowed a phone from someone for *-* days.At least they should tell maximum limit of waiting time.
I have not seen such a rude behaviour by service center.They are always telling -Its pending,we will call
when done.
