gurpreet singh filed complaint against Mi Band 3 on Dec 14, 2018
I have place and order Mi Band * cost of Rs **** paid from my credit card through Mi Mobile App on November ** **** and says that it got delivered on Nov *th **** by Fedex Courier Co. I call MI Customer Care on ** Nov But they said please wait more ** days it will be delivered to you. After * days again they give me new complaint No said wait ** days. Again and again it was happen and now till date ** Dec **** i have not received my product . I Also talk with Fedex Courier Co Customer Care Cell but they said you talk to your company. They even not at all responding properly . They are making us to loose patience and mental agony is getting due to them which is very severe to bear. I want an apology and compensation & refund from them for their bloody negligence. I want to take action against Mi Co and their Courier partner Fedex.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
