Mfinecare - MFine Refusal to Refundfor Unapproved Lenskart Order

I am an Accenture employee, and I used my corporate health benefits on the MFine app to purchase eyeglasses via their Lenskart partnership.
*. The Incident:
On January *, ****, I placed an order for two Lenskart products using my MFine wallet balance.
Order IDs: ********** and **********
Total Amount Blocked: ₹ *,***
Promised Approval Time: * Hours
*. The Issue (Service Failure):
Despite the clear promise of *-hour approval, my orders have been stuck in "Pending" status for over ** hours (*+ days).
*. Lack of Support:
I contacted MFine support on January *, ****, regarding the delay.
i was promised a callback within ** minutes, which never happened.
I have since sent multiple emails demanding cancellation and a refund, but the company has completely stopped responding to my queries.
*. Demand:
Due to this extreme delay and poor service, I no longer want the products. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of both orders and a full refund of ₹ *,*** to my source account.
