*)We have ordered one wall clock from Messho with *** INR as the price on **th Jun ** with Order ID#*********.
*)Expected Delivery date was **th Jun but The Courier delivery Delayed and delivered on *th July.
*)The Delivered product was broken and damaged.
*)Request for Exchange and Return.
*)As suggested by Messho Customer care we have done the mail Communication to help@messho.com .
*)Now after multiple follow ups for *-* days they are saying we are unable to process your request.
*)Messho People are not cooperative.
*)Need the solution for this issue as a consumer
