Meshoo sanwariya creation kurthi and sharara with duppta - Meshoo is fraud

I purchased * sets of pants from meshoo at *** rs, the original cost *** rs, but they gave ***rs offer for first purchase, I paid the amount via phonepe, at the delivery day my order got cancelled and my money get back, but delivery happened via cash on delivery but ***rs. We paid the amount and but I got * pants instead of * pants, tat also used products, still app shows ordered cancelled so I can't return my product, now I totally lost my money.
