Insasta Enterprises - Merchant did not act to deliver paid order

I have placed an order with the merchant on its website insasta.com vide order #****** for one AnyCast Dongle, which was placed on **/**/****. Accordingly, payment was made to the merchant through PayTm payment gateway of Rs. ***/-. They assured to deliver the product within ** hours of payment.
However, even after * days from the date of said payment neither the merchant has sent me order confirmation to my email nor have they changed the status of the order on their website. Since then I am unable to communicate them successfully as their official phone number is switched off on working hours. Nor they reply in response to the email sent to their official email and also chat system.
Therefore, dealing with the merchant with this customer as above said is deficient in nature and also suspicious in nature. The merchant appears to use payment gateways for taking money from the intending buyers by violating the standard norms of the business. I have already sustained mental anxiety and loss of time and money for their deficient act when the merchant has to perform its duty so as to discharge its financial liability to this buyer very soon but they did not.
Therefore, I am compelled to take relevant action against the merchant for their improper act so as to get the proper remedy.
