** जनवरी को merchant को ** हजार पेमेंट किया पर कोई सर्विस प्रोवाइड नहीं किया... बैंक गयें chargeback फ़ाइल करने के लिए तो उन्होंने माना कर दिया क्यूंकि पैसा merchant के पास जा चुकी है कहीं से कोई समाधान नहीं मिला merchant ना तो पैसा रिफंड कर रहा है ना ही सेवा
