Muthoot finance limited - Mentally harrasment by muthoot finance

Wrong loan accounts are appearing in my cibil report and because of this i am not getting any loan from bank.I am regularly following up with muthoot finance since **th of march **** to confirm in cibil but they have still not confirmed the same.
I need funds for my wifes treatment which have got appointment from doctor on **st of march in CMC Vellore and because of wrong account showing bank is not disbursing my loan.
I am really being mentally harrased by this.
