1mg - Mental harrasment

On * dec **** i booked * lab test costing RS **** each. total of RS **** was paid to *mg for lab test of my mom and dad which i schedule for **dec **** time slot *am-*am
We live in different district where *mg doesnot provide lab test facility but deliver medicine on online orders. So on i dicided to book * lab test to the nearest city where they have provided the service of lab test(that city was approximately ***km away from my place of living).I too received mail from *mg who confirmed both the lab test on *dec i received a mail from that respective lab for booking confirmation so i made my parents ready to travel to the city early morning to attend the blood sample collection as per time my parents reached there before time that is they were ready by *am but while time was passing i was confused why phlebo didnot contact. by then time was * then i asked customer service reason behind delay they asked me to wait for * more hour as there technician was not picking there call. I was also provided with technician detail with his nam and contact details which was incorrect as contact was unreachable.(My parents were suffering from diabetes from long time and the test was diabetic screening test so for the test rules they need to fast for almost * to ** hrs, so they were fasting for almost ** hr by *:** then i asked the lab that they will suffer as blood sugar level can decline so that asked me to say my parents to stop fasting as i was not travelling with them so i made phone call and asked them to stop fasting further)by *am i was said they have no technician and test cannot be done today. I was asked whether to cancel or reschedule. So i asked them to cancel as they had no option to stay rescheduling was impossible and and asked for initiating refund. I felt very bad for my parents to call them ask them to return home as the blood sample collection was cancelled. When i said them i knew they were tired as they were fasting and also travelled for *** km early morning which lead them having mental harrasment it was unbearable services shown by both *mg (from where i ordered lab test) and thyrocare lab( lab where test was supposed to be done). I knew that there was huge wastage of money as they travelled by hiring private vehicle for ***km up and ***down back home almost ***km+ which costed them approximately ***** rupees which was wasted for worst service provided by those dealers my dads age is ** and my mom age is ** they were diabetes patients i made them agree for diabetic screening test which failed due to worst management of *mg and thyrocare and resulted to mental harrasment for my parents.This should happen with any patient in future.
